Tushar Vadgama joins from another local practice, and brings with him a wealth of experience across the RIBA work stages for a variety of projects, including new build and refurbishment, across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
Vadgama said of his appointment: “It is an exciting time to be joining one of Birmingham’s most progressive, innovative and successful small practices.
“Align is a Chartered RIBA Architecture practice and is building an enviable reputation across the Midlands and throughout the UK. I was attracted by principal Architect Nick Clewer, a proactive, hands-on mentor who will undoubtedly help me quickly reach my goal of qualifying as an Architect.
“There is a lot of synergy between my experience and the sectors in which Align are strong, but I look forward to getting more involved with the educational sector of work, for which Align is renowned.
“I’m confident I bring a lot to the team here at Align and will also help guide the rest of the team as they make their way towards qualification”.
Architect Nick Clewer commented: “Tushar is a good addition to the team here at Align. He has a talent for contemporary design, but understands the need to deliver information accurately and efficiently to ensure we meet deadlines and expectations.
“There is a real buzz in the city at the moment. Cranes crowd the city skyline and almost every building is either being refurbished, replaced or nearing completion.”
“Like me, Tushar is a Brummie. He completed his Master of Architecture at Birmingham City University and understands the city and what our clients expect. It is gratifying to help another young Architect realise his ambition and achieve qualification – then the real work starts.”
Align Architecture has built a reputation as a highly versatile practice, providing effective and innovative solutions, for clients of all sizes, across a diverse range of sectors, from residential to commercial and education to healthcare.
