Overview

Project Info: The proposal is comprised of the erection of a new 15,000sqft Industrial Unit just off Hollymoor Way and includes the associated service yard, car parking and cycle storage with well considered access around the site for vehicles and pedestrians alike. The proposal utilised our experience in this sector and the established design team.

Context

The proposal responded to the surrounding usage and vernacular, providing a modern, high quality, new-build development. The open plan interior offers flexibility for future use through using a portal from construction and steel clad external walls.

Design

Traditional building materials and methods synonymous with this type of building such as steel frames and metal cladding were usilised with feature detailing, curtain walling systems, roof mounted solar panels and striking colour selections to deliver a modern, high quality unit. Offices were fitted out, responding to specific occupier requirements
